These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to the website and services of Sakkarwal Travels Pvt Ltd trading as Vietnam Urgent Visa (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Nature of our service

We provide private visa assistance and related travel support. We are not the Vietnamese government, an embassy, or an official immigration authority. Approval of any visa or entry remains at the sole discretion of the relevant government bodies. We do not guarantee issuance of a visa or any particular processing time promised by authorities.

2. Eligibility and accurate information

You confirm that you are legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for reviewing official requirements before travel.

3. Orders and pricing

Descriptions and prices on the site are invitations to treat. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and payment (or as stated at checkout). We may refuse or cancel orders in case of error, fraud risk, or unavailability, and will refund amounts paid where appropriate.

4. Payment

Payment is due as shown at checkout. You authorise us and our payment partners to charge your chosen method. Fees may be charged in the currency displayed; your bank may apply exchange rates or fees.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide valid documents and cooperate with reasonable requests for information.
• Keep login credentials confidential.
• Not misuse the site (no unlawful activity, scraping, or attempts to breach security).

6. Intellectual property

Content on this site (text, design, logos, and software) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or exploit it except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, loss of profit, or loss of data. Courts in that jurisdiction have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless local law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
