Refund Policy
This policy explains how Sakkarwal Travels Pvt Ltd handles refunds and cancellations for services booked through Vietnam Urgent Visa.

We want fees to be fair and predictable. This Refund Policy works together with our Terms & Conditions. Capitalised terms used here have the meaning given in the Terms unless defined below.
1. Government and third-party fees
Many applications involve government, embassy, or carrier fees paid to third parties. Once those fees have been paid on your behalf, they are generally non-refundable by us, even if a visa is refused or delayed, unless the third party itself offers a refund and we can recover it.
2. Service fees (our assistance)
The portion of your payment that covers our processing, consultation, and coordination may be refundable in whole or in part depending on how far your case has progressed, as set out below.
3. Before we start substantive work
If you cancel in writing before we have begun meaningful processing (e.g. before we submit to an authority or incur non-recoverable third-party costs), we will usually refund service fees in full, minus any payment-processing charges we cannot recover.
4. After submission or milestones
Once we have submitted an application, purchased a slot, or incurred third-party charges on your behalf, refunds of our service fees are typically partial or nil, assessed case by case. We will explain what can be recovered before confirming cancellation where practicable.
5. Refusal or rejection by authorities
If a visa or entry is refused by a government or embassy, that does not automatically entitle you to a full refund of fees already paid to those bodies. Our service fees may be retained to reflect work completed, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing or local mandatory consumer law requires a different outcome.
6. Duplicate or erroneous charges
If you were charged twice in error or the wrong amount, contact us promptly with proof; we will correct or refund the excess after verification.
7. How to request a refund
- Email visa@sakkarwaltravels.com from the address on your order.
- Include your VUV application number, order ID, and reason for the request.
- We aim to respond within five (5) business days with a decision or request for information.
8. Method and timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing by banks or card networks may take additional days; that delay is outside our control.
9. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Unresolved chargebacks may affect our ability to continue assisting you and may be disputed with evidence of service provided.
10. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy. The effective date at the top will change. Orders placed after an update are governed by the updated policy unless law requires otherwise.
