How to use this website
Practical map of Vietnam Urgent Visa: Apply Now journeys, applications, dashboards, Guides, and support. Trust what you see on screen; email us if unsure.
Create an account and sign in
Travellers can register for a passenger account — after you submit the form you are signed in automatically. Already registered? Use Passenger sign in or the generic Sign in entry from the navigation bar.
Partner travel agents use Travel Agents Login. Administrator tools are separate — use credentials your organization issued.
What you see on the home page
The public home page is built around urgent Vietnam e‑Visa support: hero overview, prominent Apply Now, and practical reminders such as upcoming Immigration holidays (when the feed loads successfully).
- Apply Now opens a choice: start a new e‑Visa application or use the expedite path when you already applied elsewhere and have reference details.
- Processing speed options appear as chips. Hover a chip to preview the price and an estimated delivery timestamp calculated using the Vietnam clock (VN). Day-wise tiers exclude the application calendar day from multi-day counts and use an 8:00 PM VN submission cut-off; hour-based tiers still follow Immigration hours (08:00–15:00 VN). Estimates depend on your file quality and queues.
- The strip below the hero links straight into those emergency flows and summarizes why travellers use the service.
- Vietnam local time stays visible in the header so you can align expectations with Immigration working hours (VN).
Guides and deeper reading
- Guides — Three articles: Vietnam e‑Visa basics, urgent & expedited processing (includes how this site fits in), and entry gates / travel highlights. Always confirm final rules on official government portals before you fly.
- This Help page — quick orientation for buttons, routes, and support etiquette.
Start or resume a visa journey
From the home page (Apply Now)
- New e‑Visa — Guided emergency/new flow with steps for traveller details, travel intent, passport upload, review, and payment. Processing speed is selected inside the form (for example within 1 hour / within 2 hours / within 24 hours / within 48 hours).
- Already applied — Expedite-oriented flow for travellers who already have a government-side reference and need assisted follow‑through.
When you are signed in
- New application — Full multi-step application hub attached to your account (same ecosystem as dashboard billing and notifications).
Track status and workspaces
Use Track application with your VUV application number (no login required). Signed-in users can search by passport, name, and more on My applications or from their dashboard workspace.
Dashboard detects your role and sends you to the right workspace — passenger, agency, or admin — each includes application search for your scope.

Passenger shortcuts (signed-in travellers)
- Home page Apply Now remains the fastest entry for urgent marketing journeys; dashboard tiles complement it once you have an account.
- Start another application from the hub when you already know you want the logged‑in flow.
- Billing & invoices
- Notification preferences
Emails, notifications, and operator runbooks
Signed-in travellers can tune categories under Notification preferences. Application milestones (progress, review, payment, status changes) are queued through the platform notification pipeline when enabled — not the same path as one-off auth verification mail.
Operator-oriented detail for email paths and the 15-day retention anchor lives in the monorepo under docs/comms-dual-pipeline.md and docs/comms-retention-15d.md.
WhatsApp and sensitive information
Use WhatsApp for quick questions — not for private documents.
- Consumer WhatsApp chats are convenient but not designed as a regulated document vault. Staff devices, backups, and third-party integrations can broaden exposure.
- Upload visa documents only in the secure application flow after sign-in, or use another channel your team approves for confidential data.
- Business API webhooks on our server verify Meta’s signature and avoid logging full message bodies by default — extend storage only with a retention policy you are legally comfortable with.
Upload passport and travel documents inside the guided application or emergency flows where the product is designed to receive them — not through informal chat threads.
